E77 OF 2021 By (1) Daniel Mwendwa Kangu and (2) Daniel Munyithya kangu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashon Kangu Imeli, who died at Itoloni Sub-location, on 6th May, 1998. CAUSE NO. E116 OF 2021 By Mwendwa Mukungi Nzau, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabina Kaliu Mukungi, who died at District Hospital, Mwingi in Kenya, on 19th February, 2015. CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2021 By Agnes Kavivi Musyoka, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Musyoka Muthengi, who died at Kitui District, on 28th August, 2002. CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2021 By Meshack Kithuva King’ao, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of King’ao Kitema Nzinga, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 17th September, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
