Box 36, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Gichoni alias Njiru Giconi, who died at Thambu Sub- location, on 5th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. 206 OF 2021 By Betha Muthoni Ngondi, of P.O. Box 157, Kiritiri in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngondi Marembo, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 29th October, 2012. CAUSE NO. 222 OF 2021 By Vananzio Mugo Matheka, of P.O. Box 7, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Mati Matheka, who died at Nguthi, Mbeere, on 15th November, 2004. CAUSE NO. 31 OF 2022 By (1) Mariamu Kiura Ireri and (2) Jane Wanjira Namu, both of P.O. Box 2, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ireri Ndiricha, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 24th September, 2005. CAUSE NO. 39 OF 2022 By Bernard Nthia Nguru, both of P.O. Box 35, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nguru Njeru, who died at Kariru, on 14th December, 2016.
