TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2021 By Moses Ruuri M’Marangu, of P.O. Box 2660, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Marangu M’Mucheke, who died on 19th November, 1991. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2022 By George M. Kibiti, of P.O. Box 225, Igoji in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kiara Nkanata, who died on 4th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2022 By Mutwiri Mungiria, of P.O. Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kajogi Kiroge, who died in 1969. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2022 By Leonard Murithi Mutwamwari and (2) Kinyua Kiugu, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Ikiugu Kingunye, who died on 8th December, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
