E9 OF 2022 By Mwise Gati, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chacha Murimi Nyamatera, who died at Moheto, Bugumbe West, on 10th December, 1987. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2022 By Butube Chacha Kahesa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Chacha Kaesa alias Chacha Ezekiel Kaesa, who died at Ngochoni Sub-location, on 30th September, 2005. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2022 By John Sureri Masubo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohaga Murimi alias Mohaga Mwirimi, who died at St. Joseph Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 18th September, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
