TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2021 By Gabriel Makori Ongondi, of P.O. Box 261–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongondi Omare, who died at Bassi Chache, Kisii, on 12th February, 1981. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2022 By Alice Kemunto Johnson, of P.O. Box 2812–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Kombo, who died at Itibo Location, on 14th May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
