TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 678 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Ouma Okello and (2) David Gumbe Okello, both of P.O. Box 1, Kosele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chrysanthus Okello Nyandiko, who died at Karabach Sub-location, on 4th September, 2019. CAUSE NO. 139 OF 2022 By (1) Elijah Okello Othim and (2) Barack Okello Othim, both of P.O. Box 9, Kandiege in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Okelo Othim, who died on 2nd September, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
