TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 62 OF 2021 By Moses Mabwa Otenda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kuya Mabwa, who died at Ebutsimu, on 1st January, 1970. CAUSE NO. 63 OF 2021 By Shem Kidavai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Mmbone Ndoli, who died at Mbihi, on 26th April, 2016. CAUSE NO. 162 OF 2021 By Torokasi Minale Ababu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ababu Aseneka, who died at Igunga, on 16th June, 2012. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2022 By Hellen Kageha Joseph, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kamidi Ndege, who died at Lyaduywa Sub-location, on 2nd August, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
