TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2021 By Nzuki Mulinge Kingola, of P.O. Box 1012–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulinge Kingola, who died at Kikambuani, on 14th August, 1972. 11th March, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2022 By (1) Ruth Wanzau Wambua and (2) Bernard Masaku Wambua, both of P.O. Box 312–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sammy Wambua Kyale alias Samuel Wambua Kyale, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 21st March, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
