TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2022 By Kanyuko Ngami, of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanyuko Ngami, who died on 28th May, 1990. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2022 By (1) Peterson Irungu Kamau and (2) Rosemary Wambui Kinuthia, both of P.O. Box 51–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Kamau Magecha, who died on 27th October, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
