TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 454 OF 2021 By Mary Wambui Mburu, of P.O. Box 40–00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburu Bunyi, who died on 12th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. 69 OF 2022 By (1) Joseph Njuguna Kimita and (2) James Njenga Kimita, both of P.O. Box 16457–00610, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Njeri Kimita, who died at Gikira, Kari, Kerwa, on 15th March, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
