TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2022 By Patrick Kimani Mbugua, of P.O. Box 451, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s uncle, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Karuoya, who died at Molo. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2022 By Philis Wanjiku Njuguna, of P.O. Box 264, Elburgon in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elikana Njuguna Wambugu alias Elkana Njuguna Wambugu, who died at Arimi. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
