TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 19 OF 2022 By (1) Philip Ogola Oluoch and (2) Ana Akinyi Otieno, both of P.O. 519–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Micah Oluoch Ogutu, who died at Nyangoma, Kogelo, on 19th July, 1998. CAUSE NO. 20 OF 2022 By (1) Josephine Akinyi Olweny and (2) Michael Otieno Omondi, both of P.O. CAUSE NO. 244 OF 2020 By Jackton Okumu Bare, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johanes Bare Sanya, who died at Nyandiwa Sub-location, on 19th April, 2015.
