Box 2405–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s sister and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Kinyua Wawira, who died along Embu-Mwea Highway, on 24th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By Patrick Nyaga Namu, of P.O. Box 3–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichovi Kangaru, who died at Gatunduri, Embu, on 8th February, 1997. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2022 By Tabitha Gathigia Macharia, of P.O. Box 36–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joan Ngaitha Muthenya, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 16th September, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
