TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2022 By (1) Willy P. Ng’ang’a Wainaina and (2) Kenneth Kung’u Wainaina, both of P.O. Box 10315, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wainaina Nganga, who died at Ndabibi, on 27th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2022 By Grace Mugure Nganga, of P.O. Box 666–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Njoroge Kairu, who died at Kabati Sub- location, on 21st March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2022 By (1) Miriam Wangari Mwangi and (2) David Kamau Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 666–20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Wanjiku Mwangi, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 20th October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
