TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2022 By (1) Amos Ezra Ogali and (2) Joan Ruth Sikhaya Rahedi, both of P.O. Box 23–50406, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rahedi Ogali Esau alias Esau Rahedi, who died at Nangina Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 19th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
