E1104 OF 2021 By Fredrick Omimo Owira, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Absalom Owira Ongeng Jeremiah alias Absalom O. Jeremiah alias Absalom Owira, who died at North Kapuonja, on 13th December, 1997. CAUSE NO. E1166 OF 2021 By Magdaline Adhiambo Omolo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Obilo Owiti, who died at Ojola, on 15th October, 2006. CAUSE NO. E1167 OF 2021 By Julius Onyango Oduogo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Oduogo Okore Julius Onyango Oduogo, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
