TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 97 OF 2020 By Farida Gulamali Jivraj, of P.O. Box 87919-80100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s executrix, for a grant of probate of the will annexed to the estate of Sadrubin Jivraj alias Sadrubin Gulamali Jivraj, who died at Trillium Health Centre Mississauga Site, Mississauga, Ontario, on 14th January, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
