TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2022 By (1) John Lloyd and (2) Jacqueline Helen Barker, both of P.O. Box 36, Ukunda in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate with written will to the estate of Richard Andrew Woodall, who died at Diani Beach Hospial, on 1st January, 2022. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2022 By Sufia Hussein Mohamed, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of probate with written will to the estate of Shariff Husein bin Mohamed, who died at Witu, Lamu, on 20th April, 1952. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
