TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E272 OF 2021 By (1) Moosa Jiwaji and (2) Salim N. G. Yamani, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Hamzaali Yusufali Abdulali Jiwaji, who died at Nyali, Mombasa, on 23rd November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
