E18 OF 2021 By Joseph Kennedy Omindi, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sakaria Awino alias Zacharia Awino, who died on 1st January, 1990. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2022 By Hellen Adoyo Onyango, of P.O. Box 99, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Onyango Omondi, who died on 22nd February, 2008. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2022 By Carolyne Adhiambo Ojwang, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Adek Omeny, who died on 21st July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2022 By Joel Okonbe Ouma, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musa Auma Okelo alias Musa Okelo Auma, who died on 7th April, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
