E18 OF 2022 By Patrick Lumumba Kogo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kogo Achieng alias John Kogo s/o Achieng, who died on 25th May, 1998. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2022 By Eunice Atieno Ayugi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Odhiambo Kimori, who died on 10th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2022 By (1) Esther Juma Okoth and (2) Rose Onyango Okoth, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Okoth Musanga, who died on 17th April, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
