TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2021 By (1) Answar Ahmed Mohamed, (2) Hamida Ahmed Mohamed and (3) Anwar Ahmed Mohamed, all of P.O. Box 80–80500, Lamu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ahmed Mohamed Ali, who died at Lamu, on 19th February, 2021. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2021 By (1) Said Stambul Shally and (2) Abdul Razak Stambul Shally, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stambul Shally Stambul, who died at Lamu, on 29th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
