TAKE NOTICE that application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2022 By Esther Jeruto Kangani, of P.O. Box 751, Suna in Kenya, or a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukwaya Kiaro, who died on 23rd September, 1998. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2021 By (1) Margrate Gachare Boke, (2) Samwel Segere Bhoke and (3) Pauline Kemunto Mungeyh, both of P.O. Box 571, Suna in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boke Muturi alias Boke Mturi Nyainywa, who died on 18th April, 1976. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
