TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 109 OF 2021 By (1) Michael Atenga Oronyi, (2) Moses Aguko Orony, (3) Domnic Otieno Orony and (4) Maurice Maira Orony, all of P.O. Box 89, Ogongo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simion Oronyi Maira, who died on 2nd July, 1997. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2021 By Ruth Atieno Owuor, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owuor Asienyo Ondigo, who died on 5th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2022 By Samwel Achieng Nyamburi, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gor Nyamburi, who died on 8th November, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
