TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 22 OF 2022 By (1) Issac Sagara Robi and (2) Lusia Wegesa Mosabi, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stera Minaga Robi, who died on 20th October, 2019. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2022 By Rose Odhiambo Baru, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pitalis Otieno, who died on 5th May, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
