TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2021 By (1) Esther Cherono Cheptelmet and (2) Kipkosgei arap Rotich, both of P.O. Box 319–20406, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptalam Cheptelmet, who died at Kapkesembe, on 10th February, 1982. CAUSE NO. 108 OF 2021 By (1) Symion Kipyegon Mutai and (2) Robert Mutai, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Machi arap Bore alias Machi A. Bore alias Mochi arap Bore, who died at Kamungei, on 29th April, 1997. CAUSE NO. 119 OF 2021 By (1) Paul Cheruiyot Sigei and (2) Emily Cherono Rutoh, both of P.O. Box 305–20406, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsigei Ruto, who died at Kamungei, on 5th August, 1997. CAUSE NO. 124 OF 2021 By Maureen Chepkirui Ng’otwa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kipkorir Bii, who died at Nakuru, on 12th November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2022 By Purity Chepngeno Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 129–20210, Litein in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapseron w/o Chebutuk, who died at Chebilat, on 5th June, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
