TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By Elijah K. Chepkwony, of P.O. Box 21, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Chepkemoi Torongei alias Obot Kipkorir, who died at Kericho Nursing Home, on 13th June, 2016. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2022 By (1) Zeddy Cheptonui Mutai and (2) Ezra Kipkoech Sang, both of P.O. Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kipsang arap Mutai, who died on 7th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
