TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E204 OF 2021 By Beris Khasandi Lusasi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Lusasi Ludeshi, who died at Jeptulu Sub-location, on 16th November, 1995. CAUSE NO. 216 OF 2021 By Margaret Anyoso Achungu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Akhungu Otwoma, who died at Ebutsimi Sub-location, on 25th December, 2014. CAUSE NO. 381 OF 2021 By Jesika Ayoma Munai, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Munai Esonga alias Munayi Esongo, who died at Ebusakami Location in Kenya, on 12th November, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
