TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 257 OF 2021 By Benard Anemba Okinda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eddy Okinda Anemba, who died at Luanda Location, on 11th August, 1991. CAUSE NO. 328 OF 2021 By Loice Atambitsa Akhucha, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jason Mung’au, who died at Mukhakhala Location in Kenya, on 1st August, 1976. CAUSE NO. 329 OF 2021 By Benson Olwete Awiti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonai Awiti Opyayo alias John Awiti, who died at Ipali Location in Kenya, on 14th December, 2007. CAUSE NO. 37 OF 2022 By Jenipher Ondeche Emitundo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mmeli Ngambwa alias MMeli Ngambwa Ango alias Mmeli Ngambwa Ago, who died at Essunza Sub-location, on 17th April, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
