TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By (1) Mwelu Mutiku Mutevu and (2) Jackline Ndumi Mutiku, both of P.O. Box 7, Makueni in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josiah Mutiku Mutevu, who died at Mukuyuni, on 19th April, 2003. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2022 By (1) Shadrack Katumo Manoti and (2) Ann Wanjiru Kang’ethe, both of P.O. Box 12925–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Manoti Kiminza, who died at Sultan Hamud, on 2nd May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
