TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 25th February, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. 174 OF 2021 By Jacob N. Ndwiga Murigi, of P.O. Box 419, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Njoka Simba alias Njoka Simba, late of Embu East, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd February, 2004. CAUSE NO. 19 OF 2022 By Rosana Ndia Njeru, of P.O. Box 25, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silveste Njeru Kanyakiri alias Njeru Kanyakiri, late of Embu East, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 13th June, 1974. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
