TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 178 OF 2021 By Francis Maunga Ndiku, of P.O. Box 28, Ithanga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Ndiku Nzoi alias Ndiku Nzoi, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 19th September, 2011. CAUSE NO. 188 OF 2021 By Samwel Mwangi Kimani, of P.O. Box 332–01001, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Njeri Kimani, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 4th June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
