TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 19 OF 2022 By Jonah Ohonde, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Airo Elija alias Robert Ayiro Elijah, who died at Mahanga Sub-location, on 14th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. 20 OF 2022 By Aggrey Mwenje Ebwen, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Ebwe Ndulu alias Ebwe Ndulu, who died at Elwambilo Sub-location, on 2nd December, 2001. CAUSE NO. 54 OF 2022 By Pauline Ndinda, of P.O. Box 147, Vihiga in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Faith Imari, who died at Nairobi, on 1st April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
