TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2020 By (1) Ruth Ndindi Muriungi and (2) Gatwiri Marjorie Muriungi, both of P.O. Box 445-60200, Meru in Kenya, the decesaed’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bruno Muriungi Moses Nkanata alias Bruno Muriungi Moses, who died at Komarock Modern Health Care, on 18th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
