TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 287 OF 2021 By Jonathan Mulwa Musyoka, of P.O. Box 75, Mwania Mbogo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutevu Nguta, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 1st August, 1990. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2022 By (1) Elliubs Kimura Mwangi and (2) Levi Kamau Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 6521–01000, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyrus Mwangi Muriu alias C. Mwangi Muriu alias Silas Mwangi Mereu alias Silus Mwangi Muriu, who died at Kimandi, Ndakaini, on 2nd May, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
