TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 228 OF 2021 By Margaret Kombe, of P.O. Box 12385, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Dixons Kombe, who died at Coast Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 19th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. 233 OF 2021 By (1) Kaingu Facho Kitsao and (2) Changawa Yeri Kombe, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Facho Kitsao Kadzenya, who died on 15th May, 1993. CAUSE NO. 234 OF 2021 By Katana Karisa Jefa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karisa Jefwa Kithunga, who died on 19th May, 1981. CAUSE NO. 4 OF 2022 By Paola Boni, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Alessandro Gennaro, who died on 18th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2022 By Dama Mwaringa Mwangirani, the deceased’s co-widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahonzi Mwaringa Mwangirani, who died on 3rd May, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
