TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 11:53 AM THE KENYA GAZETTE 25th February, 2022 924 924 CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2022 By (1) Ebisiba Magoma Aroni, (2) Peter Oriku Aroni, (3) Joshwa Makiya Aroni and (4) Rachel Kemunto Aroni, all of P.O. Box 1, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Aroni Ongondi, who died at Raitigo, on 23rd February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
