TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E369 OF 2021 By (1) Esther Chemutai Toror and (2) William Kiprotich Korir, both of P.O. Box 321–30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, through Messrs. C. Melly, advocates of Kapsabet, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkorir arap Toror, late of Kesses, who died there on 23rd February, 2008. CAUSE NO. E374 OF 2021 By Mathew Kungu Ndori, of P.O. Box 900, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Ndoli, late of Tindinyo, who died there on 2nd August, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
