TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E267 OF 2021 By Esther Cherop Chumo, of P.O. Box 49, Litein in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Bargutwo Chumo, who died at District Hospital, Kapkatet in Kenya, on 26th April, 2016. CAUSE NO. E283 OF 2021 By Daniel Kiplangat Mutai, of P.O. Box 23, Kamaget in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimutai arap Tonui, who died at Green View Nursing Home, on 21st June, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
