Box 323, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptanui arap Leitich alias Kiptonui Leitich, who died at Tendwet, on 10th August, 1995. CAUSE NO. E288 OF 2021 By (1) Kipkoske Bii and (2) Erick Mutai, both of P.O. Box 10, Sosiot in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tegin arap Kogo, who died at Tumbelyon, on 21st August, 2004. CAUSE NO. E292 OF 2021 By Collins Abraham Mbolo, of P.O. Box 11, Mutumbu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Helekiah Ouma Mbolo alias Helekia Ouma Ongoro alias Hezekia Ouma Ongoro, who died at Malanga, on 15th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
