TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2022 By Bernard Masila Singu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Kilingu Singu, who died at Migwani, on 29th May, 1991. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2022 By (1) Geofrey Murimi Wambui and (2) Tony Kiema Jane, the deceased’s father and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Angela Syombua Jane, who died at Enziu, on 4th December, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
