TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1071 OF 2021 By Samwel Singwa Okengo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okengo Olango alias Okengo Lango, who died on 20th May, 1997. CAUSE NO. E1048 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Auma Nyabil, (2) Nyabil Fredrick Ocheng and (3) Modester Olivia Kavere, the deceased’s widow, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Titus Nyagweno Nyabil, who died on 21st February, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
