Box 95672-80106, Mombasa in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Richard Dennis Pocock, who died at 25 Tealsbrook, Covingham, Swindon, on 3rd July, 2019. Box 90502–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Njuguna Kamau, who died at Mkunumbi, on 30th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2022 By (1) Shekha Abubakar Said and (2) Fatuma Said Salim, both of P.O. Box 91287–80103, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Said Salim Omar, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd July, 2020. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
