TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: 11:53 AM THE KENYA GAZETTE 25th February, 2022 882 882 CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2022 By (1) Hashim Sheriff Ahmed, (2) Zein Shariff Ahmed, (3) Nasra Shariff Ahmed Omar and (4) Fatma Shariff Ahmed Omar, all of P.O. Box 87087–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luli Shariff Ali, who died at Kuze, Old Town, on 30th October, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
