TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2022 By Rajinder Kaur Bhogal, of 33, Rectory Park, Sanderstead, South Croydon, CR2 9JR, United Kingdom, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate testate to the estate of Pravin Singh Bhogal, who died at Croydon University Hospital, Croydon in the United Kingdom, on 17th May, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
