TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 137 OF 2021 By (1) Alfred King’oina Nyairo, of P.O. Box 1051–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, (2) Ruth Kemunto Nyairo, of 731, South 13th Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19147, USA, (3) Alfred Kwendo Omwoyo Nyairo, of 1505, Sycamore Drive Pearland, Texas 77581, USA and (4) Tom Gitamo Nyairo, of P.O. Box 560–00502, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor and executrix named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate testate to the estate of Ruth Agneta Nyairo, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 1st May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
