CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2022 By (1) Grace Siyion ene Mpayei, (2) Stephen Sanayet Mpayei and (3) Timothy Timoe Mpayei, all of P.O. Box 16, N/Enkare in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Kinayia ole Mpaayei alias Isaac Kinaiyia Mpayei, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 9th April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
