TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2020 By Esther Ndunge Mulli, of P.O. Box 89452–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zaccheus Robert Mulli alias Robert Zakayo Muli, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 29th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. 38 OF 2021 By (1) Pepe Teresa and (2) Douglas Katana Randu, of P.O. Box 88709–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Giovanni De Caro, who died at Tawfiq Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
