REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Alice Kiende Muthuri (ID/20224038), (2) Martin Mawira Muthuri (ID/32531752), (3) Mary Kagwiria Muthuri (ID/13554884), (4) Fridah Kinya (ID/22581900) and (5) Sarah Kawira Shadrack (ID/24922799), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 3.654 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title No. Ontulili/Ontulili Block I/Katheri/524, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
