IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Regulation 4 (2) of the
Public Finance Management (Equalization Fund Administration)
Regulations, 2021 established under Article 204 of the Constitution, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Planning appoints—
Under regulation 4 (1) (e)—
Victor Ochieng Odanga to be a member of the Equalization Fund Advisory Board, for a period of six (6) years, with effect from the 14th December, 2021.
